Day 2

Got out and hit the road today with perfect weather, heading for Sapinero Village and surprisingly traffic was almost non-existent.  Got as far as Frisco and stopped for gas and water. Seems they walk donkeys down the main street here. Right after this stop t felt as though the temp went up about 50 degrees; it got hot.   The ride was beautiful cruising through winding mountains and canyons; we did avoid “Mayhem Canyon.” The long hot ride ended in Sapinero Village where the owner said we could stay on her rooms downstairs. This is actually a 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment, worked out great for the three of us. The only problem was, the nearest restaurant is 25 miles away…oh well, back on the bikes.
