Day 5

Today began nice and early, up at 0500, breakfast and on the road by 0700.Packing the bike is always interesting, I'll never get used to the new way to open the saddle bags, but I did finally figure out how to work the odometer. H-D put a button on the back of the left had grip...found it by accident. the first part of the ride is down the Cowboy Trail  for about 60 miles which seems a lot like riding though Vermont...without the smell of cows though. Not that there is anything wrong with the fragrances that fill your nose while riding, some good and some not so good. Personally I prefer the smells that you experience while riding vs driving. the smells add to the visual, kinda like 3D on a bike and 2D riding in the car...I guess. here are some pics of he first part of today's ride.
